Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Lawson Jackpot Convenience Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
- Establish work schedules, supervise, and coordinate activities of workers
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory, manage cash, and maintain accurate records
- College/CEGEP education
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and efficient with a client-focused approach
- Relocation costs not covered by employer
- Work setting: retail store
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
- English
