We are seeking a skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist to join our team at Amplifon. About the Position

As a Hearing Care Professional, you will be responsible for guiding clients through comprehensive hearing tests, interpreting results, and selecting suitable hearing aid solutions. You will counsel clients on the latest technology and help them identify a solution that addresses their hearing needs and lifestyle.



Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing tests and interpret results
  • Select and recommend hearing aid solutions
  • Counsel clients on hearing aid technology and lifestyle solutions
  • Build relationships with clients and provide personalized care
  • Remain current on industry trends and technology
  • Foster hearing healthcare awareness through community outreach
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming clinic culture

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Audiology or diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist program
  • Registration with applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body
  • Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and devices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively


Physical/Mental Demands

This role requires the ability to operate audiological equipment, lift up to 20 pounds, and frequently sit, stand, walk, and reach.
