Job Summary:

The Mircom Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in capturing and analyzing data to drive business growth and improve marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and integration of customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization of all data platforms.
  • Collect, analyze, and derive actionable insights from marketing data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Deliver effective lead management analytics to increase lead conversion rates, enhance pipeline development, and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and automate marketing analytics reporting and dashboards to enable cross-functional partners to make informed decisions.
  • Define customer segments and develop targeted marketing strategies to maximize awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Build predictive models and forecasts to identify future revenue opportunities and trends.
  • Convert market research into strategic recommendations to achieve marketing goals.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related program.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Data Analytics Specialist.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing setting is an asset.
  • Experience in the Fire, Life Safety, and Security industry is an asset.
  • Solid understanding of site optimization, marketing automation, and attribution.
  • Experience and skills with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience and skills with Power BI (Microsoft) is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Pays great attention to detail.
  • Must have strong technical and data proficiency.
  • Strong oral and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to collaborate and interact effectively with others.
