We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Consultant to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our Analytics department, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complex healthcare landscape and make informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute advanced analytics solutions to inform strategic recommendations for our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level managers and executives at our clients in the life sciences industry.
- Lead project teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges and develop proposals that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction.
- Manage the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications, including overall bid integrity.
- Develop project plans with timelines and deliverables and lead projects to successful completion, on-time and on-budget.
- Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
- Provide high-level input to, and ensure the development of, client reports and presentations.
- Develop and/or elevate new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads.
- Provide follow-up with clients after project deliverables have been completed to ensure client satisfaction.
- 4-6 years of related experience, including consulting and life sciences industry experience.
- Strong ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines with consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Knowledge of the fundamental processes of pharmaceutical commercial business.
- Prior healthcare data experience, including working knowledge of physician and patient claims; IQVIA data preferred.
- Prior working experience in Customer Journey, Segmentation, Targeting; Promotion: Allocation, Optimization, Sales Force, ROI; Tracking: Tracking, Utilization, Usage, SOB, LOT, Etc.; Forecasting and Launch: Model Building; Patient Analytics: Ad-hoc and Tracking Of LAAD and Patient Data; Supply: Supply Chain Analytics; Access: Co-pay, Contacts, Performance.
- Demonstrated knowledge in MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience in data visualization software, including Power BI, Tableau.
- Strong technical skills in any of the following: SAS, SQL, R, Python, and/or Excel VBA.
- Exposure to cloud processing environments, such as Cloudera, Snowflake, and/or Databricks.
We offer a competitive salary range of $127,000 to $233,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a range of health and welfare benefits, we also offer incentive plans, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.
