About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Consultant to join our team at IQVIA. As a member of our Analytics department, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate the complex healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute advanced analytics solutions to inform strategic recommendations for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level managers and executives at clients in the life sciences industry.
  • Lead project teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges and develop proposals that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction.
  • Manage the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications, including overall bid integrity.
  • Develop project plans with timelines and deliverables and lead projects to successful completion, on-time and on-budget.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of related experience, including consulting and life sciences industry experience.
  • Strong ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines with consistent, high-quality outcomes.
  • Knowledge of the fundamental processes of pharmaceutical commercial business.
  • Prior healthcare data experience, including working knowledge of physician and patient claims; IQVIA data preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience in data visualization software, including Power BI and Tableau.
  • Strong technical skills in any of the following: SAS, SQL, R, Python, and/or Excel VBA.
  • Exposure to cloud processing environments, such as Cloudera, Snowflake, and/or Databricks.
