We're seeking a highly organized Project Management Intern who will collaborate closely with our Design and Development team to support diverse IT and design projects, contributing significantly to our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and closing complex projects
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  • Monitor project progress and update project plans and documentation
  • Assist in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Conduct thorough research and gather information for project planning and decision-making
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports and presentations
  • Help identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
  • Support the team in administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or having completed a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, Design, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) is an asset
  • A basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
