Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our dynamic healthcare team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will work closely with our leaders and project team, overseeing communication, documentation, drawing submittals, contracts, schedules, and site functions.

This role involves managing on-site contract administration services, acting as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and project managers, conducting site inspections, preparing necessary documentation, and identifying deviations from contract documents.

The successful candidate will also manage documentation coordination to support modifications, prepare reports on project progress, and work with project managers and design teams to deliver exceptional client services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Postgraduate education in architecture or architectural technology is an asset.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a technologist in an architectural firm, with a focus on Revit-based projects and CA.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of current industry standards, building codes, and building science.
  • Certified Construction Contract Administrator and/or LEED AP-LEED certification is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
