Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze campaign performance trends to inform growth strategy and drive business outcomes.
  • Track and measure digital performance across all technology platforms and channels, ensuring alignment with planned KPIs.
  • Develop insights-driven strategies to optimize customer responses to marketing messages and buying paths.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology integration and compliance with SLAs.
  • Lead the marketing analytics team, maintaining documentation and data governance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, degree, or relevant certifications in Data Management, Analytics, Mathematics, and/or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of Digital B2B Marketing Analytics and/or performance measurement experience.
  • Proven expertise in analyzing content performance to inform optimization strategies.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations.
