Data Insights Analyst Role:

  • Residences Mareva is seeking a Data Insights Analyst to collaborate with the Data & Analytics team in creating impactful dashboards that drive decision-making across the organization.
  • Key responsibilities include visualizing data for long-term planning, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking, as well as partnering with the finance team to develop visual tools for budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, and Python, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with strategic planners to visualize data for long-term planning, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Partner with the finance team to develop visual tools for budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Engage with business units to gather requirements ensuring visualizations meet business needs.
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Translate complex datasets into easy-to-understand visual formats.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of visualizations through rigorous testing.
  • Create documentation outlining technical specifications and parameters for reports.
  • Provide training sessions and user guides to end-users.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies in data visualization.
