About the Role

At PointClickCare, we're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Data Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Performance Analysis: Analyze trends of campaign performance to provide actionable insights that support our growth strategy.
  • Digital Performance Tracking: Track, measure, and report digital performance to ROI, through all technology platforms and digital channels against planned KPIs.
  • Insights Strategy and Analysis: Manage the insights strategy and perform analysis on customer responses to marketing messages, buying paths, and create action plans focused on optimization.
  • Marketing Function Partnership: Partner with all Marketing functions to ensure compliance with technology integration processes and SLAs.
  • Project Management: Act as a project manager for the marketing analytics team, maintaining documentation and data governance.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma, degree, or relevant certifications in Data Management, Analytics, Mathematics, and/or Computer Science.
  • Experience: 5+ years of Digital B2B Marketing Analytics and/or performance measurement experience.
  • Industry Awareness: Awareness of current and future industry trends related to Buyer Journey Engagement.
  • Content Performance Analysis: Experience in analyzing content performance specific to its ability to optimize content strategy.
  • Data Analysis Tools: Experience in using tools to gather data and translate it into actionable growth strategies.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven interpersonal skills, with ability to obtain consensus among multiple stakeholders.

  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations.
Knowledge and Experience
  • B2B Digital Marketing Ecosystem: B2B digital marketing ecosystem and its measurement.
  • Marketing Tools: Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Power BI, and data visualization tools.

Compensation: $85,000 - $92,000 a year. At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The Canada base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $92,000 a year, plus bonus and benefits, overtime eligible.
