As a Marketing Data Insights Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth strategy by analyzing trends, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to our leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze campaign performance to inform data-driven decisions and optimize our growth strategy.
  • Track and measure digital performance across all technology platforms and channels, ensuring alignment with planned KPIs.
  • Develop and implement insights strategies to optimize customer responses to marketing messages and buying paths.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology integration and compliance with SLAs.
  • Lead the marketing analytics team, maintaining documentation and data governance.
Requirements:
  • Diploma, degree, or relevant certifications in Data Management, Analytics, Mathematics, and/or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of Digital B2B Marketing Analytics and/or performance measurement experience.
  • Proven track record of analyzing content performance to optimize content strategy.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B digital marketing ecosystem and its measurement.
