- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.

- Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
