Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Lead Coordinator, Academic Administration. This position will oversee front-line service processes and operational processes related to planning and implementing adaptive testing and services.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychology, education, or a related field, as well as at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Extensive knowledge of educational programs and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a school environment are also required.

Bilingualism in French and English (oral and written) is essential, as well as experience in providing customer service and working with computer applications. The ability to manage multiple files with attention to detail, tact, diplomacy, discretion, and good judgment are also necessary.
