Position purpose: Coordinate front-line service processes and operational processes related to the planning and implementation of adaptive testing and services. Directly supervise test proctors and internal and external service providers, acting as their primary point of contact. Find solutions to special requests and communicate promptly to develop a rewarding academic experience. The incumbent will be required to work on shifts (days, evenings, weekends).

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Provide front-line service to students: Act as a resource person for the community by providing information on services offered, eligibility requirements, and university life in both official languages.
- Assess needs and make recommendations: Anticipate and analyze student needs, resolve complex problems, and ensure follow-up.
- Human Resources: Responsible for hiring administrative staff, approving leave, and conducting performance appraisals.
- Supervision: Supervise work performed by employees and suppliers, develop training plans, and promote management tools.
- Staff training: Develop and deliver training content for employees.
- Course and exam management: Coordinate course and exam schedules for students with disabilities.
- Electronic file management: Organize and maintain electronic files in accordance with internal processes.
- Review work methods: Design and implement new processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Process planning: Develop an operations schedule and determine resources needed.
- Reporting and data management: Conduct analysis and compile data for reports.
- Project Management: Plan and manage assigned projects, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
- Representation and information transfer: Participate in committees and transfer information to the team.
- Documentation: Prepare and revise relevant information for publications.

What you will bring:

- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychology, education or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years supervisory experience.
- Extensive knowledge of educational programs and a minimum of 5 years experience in a school environment.
- Bilingualism - French and English (oral and written).
- Experience in providing customer service.
- Hands-on experience with computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple files with attention to detail.
- Tact, diplomacy, discretion, and good judgment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
