Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Quality Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure that they are providing excellent service to our guests.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
