Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Quality Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure that they are providing excellent service to our guests.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- 3-4 years of experience in a management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
