Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing staff, analyzing market trends, and implementing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Analyze market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong marketing and sales skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language.
