Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Manager to join our team at Avalon College Limited o/a Avalon Career College. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service management
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex customer feedback and develop actionable insights
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
