  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Study market research and trends to inform sales and marketing strategies
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including pricing and credit policies
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong focus on staff management and marketing strategies. Fluency in English is required.
