**Compensation and Benefits**:

**Journeypersons are either experienced at leading a project area or are interested in developing their leadership skills.**
**The following abilities are a must**:
- 2-5 years of surveying or total station layout experience pertinent to construction.
- Certification in surveying - piping - fitting or structural trades is an advantage.
- An understanding of drawings and specifications for Mechanical, Architectural, Structural with the ability to coordinate with other disciplines.
- Ability to manage, mentor and supervise 1st/2nd/3rd/4th year apprentices if required.
- Communicate with colleagues, trades, and sub-trades in a professional manor if/when required.
- Flexibility to travel within the lower mainland.
- Assist with internal or parkade layout if or when required.
- Manage on site logistics, materials and pre-fab for layout and deck work.
- Follow written and verbal instructions as required.
- Contribute to site/company culture by completing job duties with a positive attitude.
