We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto office, requiring regular in-person collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Solutions Architects to develop strategic account plans, mitigate risk, and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a customer-centric role, such as Account Management or Client Services, with a passion for technology and a strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure concepts.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and mitigate risk
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Leadership and Account Executives
  3. Lead executive business reviews for strategic customers
  4. Work on strategic internal projects to build the Customer Success program
  5. Provide feedback and guidance to leadership on key signals within MongoDB Atlas
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
