About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Bravo Cleaning Service. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee information, customer data, and financial records.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
  • Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, willing to relocate
