Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team in Grande Prairie, Alberta. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of our hub and station operational areas.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical support to various management and operational functions, including data entry, report preparation, and file management.
  • Serve as frontline customer service to receive, solve, and escalate customer inquiries and issues.
  • Assist management with Business Control Self Assessment (BCSA) audit activity by retrieving data and/or files for review.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of customer service, clerical, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong business skills, including typing, data entry, and software proficiency.
Benefits:

This is a part-time, non-exempt position offering a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 CAD per hour. Benefits include access to professional development opportunities and a comprehensive training program.
