Front Office Support Specialist

Welcome to I K N TRUCKING LTD., a dynamic company seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and the public.
About the Role:
This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week in a rural area setting. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, provide administrative support, and maintain accurate records and logs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas
• Provide basic information to clients and the public
• Order office supplies as needed
• Record and relay important information accurately and efficiently
• Schedule and confirm appointments on behalf of management
• Send invoices and receive payments
• Maintain accurate work records and logs
• Perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting mail
• Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant personnel
• Enter data into our systems with precision and attention to detail
• Deliver exceptional customer service experience to all clients and visitors
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 7 months of experience in a similar capacity, hold a secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and possess excellent communication skills. This position requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on industry standards for similar roles in rural areas. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
