Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Shift Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
