Employee Benefits Consultant

Acera Insurance is seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Consultant to join our Victoria team. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to optimize their benefits offerings and achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and expert recommendations.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Analyze data and industry trends to identify opportunities for better offerings and cost savings for clients.
  • Develop and present solutions tailored to clients' unique needs.
  • Assist clients with the design, implementation, and education of employee benefits and retirement programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Life License Qualification Program (LLQP).
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting or related role.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
