Managing Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Managing Consultant to join our team at People Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing relationships with our group benefits clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic consulting plans to drive client relationships forward
  • Review client files and analyze data to understand claims experiences and identify opportunities for growth
  • Analyze data and carrier proposals to provide recommendations for the best options for our clients
  • Provide technical and peer review work for analysts and associates
  • Coordinate new business implementation and support working relationships with Plan Sponsors, Plan Administrators, and Representatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration (or equivalent)
  • Life license (LLQP) required
  • Customer service-oriented mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Valid driver's license and consistent access to a vehicle
