Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A and B Ventures Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Food service establishment, fast food outlet, or concession.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding work environment.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
