Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure seamless operations during your shift.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules, supervise and check assembly of trays, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
