Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Dawson Creek Boston Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues to the satisfaction of our customers.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare food order summaries for the chef, supervise and check the assembly of trays, and ensure the delivery of food trolleys.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.

- Permanent Work Term: This is a permanent full-time position with a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week.
