Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Dawson Creek Boston Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Financial Management: Assist with the management of our restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check required
