Located on Banff Avenue's busiest corner, The Maple Leaf is a renowned downtown landmark serving brunch, lunch & dinner daily.

We feature Canadian cuisine, including Alberta beef & game, fresh fish, and west coast seafood. Our chef sources the highest quality ingredients and pairs them with classic Canadian flavors, complemented by an extensive Canadian wine list.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and high-quality food
  • Collaborate with the chef to develop menus and maintain high standards of cuisine
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting staff engagement and retention
