We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Lead to join our team at Banff Hospitality Collective. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our restaurants.
About the Role- Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
