Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

At Snappy Tomato Pizza, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing a positive experience for our customers.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that our administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
