About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our team at SAM Controls. As the President and CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the company, ensuring its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions, ensuring the right talent is in place to drive success
  • Establish clear objectives for the organization and develop policies and programs to achieve them
  • Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, ensuring our interests are represented and protected
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and support to excel
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews to ensure the team is aligned with company goals
Technical Requirements
  • Proficiency in Jira, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Amazon Web Services (AWS), SAP BI BusinessObjects, MS SQL Server, and data analysis software
  • Experience with.NET, ASP.NET, Internet of Things (IoT), and Development and Operations (DevOps)
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Personal Qualities
  • Accurate and efficient with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to make informed judgments
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
