Job Title: Vice-President Head of Technology and Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice-President Head of Technology and Operations to join our team at Manteo Group of Companies Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our technology and operations teams, ensuring the effective implementation of organizational policies and programs, and representing the organization in negotiations and official functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews
  • Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in technology and operations management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience with MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows
  • Knowledge of management principles and practices
