Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a highly driven Chief Technology Officer to oversee our application SRE, testing frameworks and automation, DevOps and cloud enablement, standard platforms, user experience platforms and developer experience platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our technology strategy and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse team of engineers, developers and IT professionals to build and maintain our cutting-edge financial platforms.
  • Define the roadmap for the Platform Engineering function and its key pillars (SRE, DevOps, UX, DX, APIs, Data).
  • Oversee the design, development and deployment of our SaaS platform and products.
  • Ensure the scalability, security and reliability of all technology solutions.
  • Establish and enforce policies, procedures and standards to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Monitor technology performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Drive research and development efforts to explore new technologies and solutions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology roles, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation tools (Terraform, Ansible), programming languages (Java, Python) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large technical teams, drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects.
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Information Systems Security Professional and prior experience in fintech or financial services.
