Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of food service staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
