Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Slave Lake Inn and Conference Centre.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of food service staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire food service staff
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
