The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative environment. They will be responsible for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care that prioritizes overall health and well-being.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough medical assessments, including patient history, physical exams, and diagnostic testing.
  • Making accurate diagnoses based on assessments and provide evidence-based treatment recommendations.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the clinic's holistic approach to patient care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals (nurses, dietitians, exercise specialists, mental health professionals) to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Provide ongoing patient monitoring and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient health outcomes.
  • Educate patients on preventative care, lifestyle modifications, and health maintenance strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with privacy regulations and clinic protocols.
  • Stay current with the latest medical research and evidence-based practices to ensure the highest standard of care.
  • Foster a positive patient experience by delivering compassionate care and effectively communicating complex medical information.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid license to practice medicine in Alberta.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine.
  • Current registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA).
  • Clean criminal record.

Benefits:

  • A competitive base salary ranging from $200,000 to $400,000 per year, dependent on experience level.
