Job Overview:

As an Intake Coordinator at Direct IME, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations team by handling referrals, scheduling examinations, and ensuring timely data entry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle intake of new referrals from various sources
- Review referral information for completeness and appropriateness
- Input referral details into our system, adding case notes and archiving emails per company policies
- Schedule examinations and confirm appointment dates and times with physicians' offices
- Communicate with clients regarding appointment scheduling, physician CVs, and changes
- Coordinate medical records and request necessary documents prior to examinations
- Move cases to the appropriate queue to send medical documents to assessors
- Assist with clinic coverage as required

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of one year related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Experience in a medical office preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Working Conditions:

This is an onsite role, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and use time efficiently. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
