Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Freshii Store 972. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and maintaining high-quality standards of food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain inventory of food and supplies
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant operations
  • Organize day-to-day business operations
  • Ensure systems and equipment are operating efficiently
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations
