Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at AHS Altimate Home Solutions Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors and vendors
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure project efficiency and quality
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates and reports
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, as well as subcontractors
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control and risk management
  • Develop and implement quality control programs and risk management plans
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
