Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at AHS Altimate Home Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, organizing, and supervising construction activities, as well as ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage construction projects, including planning, organizing, and supervising construction activities.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and supervise a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and staff.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in construction software and technology, including SketchUp.
Work Environment:

The Construction Project Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to construction sites. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
