Job Title: Construction Project Manager

AHS Altimate Home Solutions Inc is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including coordinating with subcontractors and staff.
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates and manage project finances.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, as well as subcontractors.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control and risk management.
  • Plan and manage budgets, develop and implement quality control programs, and develop risk management plans.
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information, and prepare reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and a strong sense of organization.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to travel and work at various locations.
