Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at AHS Altimate Home Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Develop risk management plans
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Prepare reports
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction project management
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
