Job Title: Construction Project Manager

AHS Altimate Home Solutions Inc is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
  • Plan and manage budgets to ensure project profitability
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Develop risk management plans to mitigate potential risks
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions
  • Prepare reports to stakeholders on project progress
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project management
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
