Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Islandsand Holdings Incorporated. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, establish work schedules, and maintain accurate records of employee performance and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Setting: Food service establishment with a team of 3-4 people.
