Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Parkland Corporation. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our business units, ensuring that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- University degree in a related field (e.g. business, operations management).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
