Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Leader to join our team at H&M Group. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that the store operates efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and follow up on store sales and profit KPIs, and take actions to maximize results
  • Work with the Area Team to set sales budgets and hours plans
  • Ensure that store operations meet H&M Group standards and follow up using the Customer Experience Tool
  • Manage the recruitment, training, and development of store team members
  • Evaluate and manage the performance of store team members, including providing feedback and coaching
  • Ensure that store operations are cost-efficient and meet H&M Group standards
  • Prevent loss and ensure that store team members follow guidelines and take appropriate actions
  • Inform the Area Team of any potential risks, threats, and opportunities related to the competitor landscape
  • Work with the Area Team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of retail management experience or comparable experience
  • Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proven organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work strategically
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to coach and develop store team members
