We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

Job Summary
As a Store Team Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a critical role in the success of your store. You will make important decisions that directly impact the success of your store every day, and continuously develop and empower your Team Members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Team Members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Make decisions that directly impact the success of your store.
- Develop and empower your Team Members to achieve their full potential.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive store experience.
- Manage store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
